Our course is delivered through a secure online platform, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Each week, you’ll receive guided writing prompts and exercises designed to deepen your self-awareness and storytelling skills. Our experienced mentors will provide personalized feedback to help you refine your craft and grow emotionally.

The Creative and Mindful Writing Course is rooted in the same mission as our Creative and Mindful Storytelling Club: to empower young people to connect with themselves and others through the transformative power of stories. Our unique approach combines creativity with mindfulness, offering a safe and inspiring space to grow as a writer and as a person.
When & How
Target Start: November 2025
While the course is self-paced throughout the week, we actively encourage peer feedback and mutual support. A new cohort will begin once at least three learners are enrolled, helping to foster meaningful group interaction.
Duration: 4 weeks (1 lesson/week)
Format: Flexible, self-paced learning via our secure text-based platform. The course includes pre-recorded videos and does not require live sessions.
Learners may choose to share their writing with peers to support mutual learning through reading and reflection, or submit privately to our team for individual feedback.
