Find your balance amidst the beautiful chaos of parenthood.
Parenting is a rewarding journey, but it can also be a relentless one. Between the schedules, the mental load, and the daily hustle, it’s easy to lose track of your own well-being. Our Parents' Wellbeing Walk is designed to help you hit the pause button and reconnect, both with nature and with yourself.
This isn't just a stroll in the park. It is a curated experience aimed at providing a natural reset for your nervous system. Through a blend of fresh air, light movement, and intentional community, we create a space where you can:
Release Stress: Shed the weight of the week’s demands.
Refocus: Gain mental clarity through guided reflection.
Reconnect: Meet other parents walking the same path in a supportive, pressure-free environment.
To help you transition from "doing" to "being," the walk features a specialized session facilitated by Life Coach Naomi Beckl. Drawing on her expertise in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Visualization, and Mindfulness, Naomi will lead you through reflective practices designed to soothe the mind and recharge your internal battery.
