Some of you shared that you’d love to join our Parents’ Coffee Mornings but distance made it tricky to attend in person.
Your feedback means the world to us! So we’re excited to announce our very first virtual Coffee Morning!
Join us right after half-term for a relaxed, supportive chat with other parents who get it. No travel needed. Just grab your favourite drink, settle in from home, and connect in a safe, welcoming space.

Special guest speaker: This time, we’ve invited the wonderful Sadia Hussain as our guest! Sadia is an educator, accredited life coach, and entrepreneur who loves to inspire women, especially mums, to reach their full potential in life while motivating them every step of the way. In this session, she’ll share insights on positive affirmations and how they can support your wellbeing as a parent. We’re so excited for her wisdom and energy!
Icebreaker fun: To kick things off warmly, we’d love parents to share a healthy and easy-to-make meal idea that works well for busy family life (or one your teen actually enjoys!). Please prepare a link to the recipe so you can quickly share it in the chat during the meeting. No pressure to cook anything, just bring your favourite simple, nourishing idea to inspire each other!
